One account on two Xboxes? Please read ;-;

Can my account be on two Xbox One's at the same time? We only have one Xbox and I want to possibly buy a new one for my little brother so we can play together using the games I downloaded on my Xbox account and transfer my account to the new Xbox while having
my account on my own xbox and downloading my games onto his xbox and then since Gold can be shared throughout accounts he won't have to buy any Gold. Is it possible to have my account on both Xbox's so he can have my games and my Gold too so we can play more
games together like GTA V, Battlefield 1, Destiny, etc. ? I need to know asap before someone else buys the xbox I may want.

and they don't overturn permante bans unless it was outside your control

meaning someone else recovered your account

not access your profile on your console

and he could download my games. This would work right?

All you would need to do is set his console as your Home console. He will be able to access your games and gold without your account needing to be on the console.
