Once the XBOX ONE Console Arrives in Frankfurt am I supposed to get a confirmation E-mail or ...

I've just been through the repair process myself & never got one email updating me on the status of the repair,it was just by luck that I was home when UPS turned up with my repaired console,pretty poor really.

First time I've never got any emails during the repair process & trying to check it on xbox.com was almost impossible due to the pages never loading.

Your best bet is to phone support again & ask them whats going on.You will need the reference number given to you when you started the repair.

Arrived today (this morning) my console for reparation at Microsoft Frankfurt (Germany) Center but not yet marked "the package has arrived" on my personal profile... I want to make sure it has
actually been delivered to them and I would like to contact them by e-mail, do you have an e-mail address and/or a phone number? Many thanks

Mister Fizzle, I received another E-mail today about my console-same code, same message. I did my confirmation on the first E-mail the day I received it and have my MS Store confirmation E-mail. But I did not receive anything over Xbox Live messages. So
it was nice that they resent E-mails just in case someone missed the first one, but the notices are not getting through on the messages on Xbox Live. Also thank you again for the free console-Forza 5. It was an awesome surprise and will never forget it. Xbox
is the best and that's why I support it in every way I do.

I suggest contacting phone support after you've confirmed that this could be the only possible e-mail address that you could have used to login to your XBOX Live Account. I say this because "IngrownSpring0" is an automatically generated gamertag that you
get when you use an e-mail on XBOX.com that does not have an XBOX Live Gamertag attached to it. So I'm assuming here that your using the wrong e-mail to login to the account. If you get e-mails to that e-mail address, it's possible that this e-mail was changed
by you or someone else as XBOX.com and the console has 2 different places you can input different e-mails (one being a Windows Live ID, and one being a communication e-mail, for points confirmation etc etc).

The other possibility could be that your account was somehow compromised in either case to find out more information about this you'd have to contact phone support for your region and speak with customer support about the options of getting your account restored
or finding out how to confirm that you are the owner of the account.

I had the same problem and was able to get by it by clicking on "resend email" on the xbox one. in the second e-mail the link worked. Once it took a while to get the second e-mail.
