    Once I connect to xbox live and sign in, I get disconnected. Network settings are fine.


    I can connect to xbox live but once I try to sign in I get disconnected. I've checked all network settings and they are fine. I've also successfully completed the xbox live connection check. Any ideas?

    Internet connection on xbox one

    My xbox one will connect to the internet just fine in the settings. But when I go back to the dashboard it says I'm disconnected from live and need to connect to it. All the other devices on my network are able to connect and use wifi just fine.

    I have been persistant on trying to sign into my account. the network is fine theres nothing wrong with it. everytime i try to sign in it says disconnected from xbox live it also says that i cant connect to xbox live. i have tried other accounts
    on my xbox 360 and they worked fine. the error code is 80151014. thanks for the help

    Unable to install a game while connected to LIVE

    I had the same issue with the darkness 2. Just disconnect your Xbox from your network and they should install fine. Just make sure you are signed into your profile but not connected to Xbox live.

    I am using a wired connection and i have tryed it on a wireless connection and its still the same.when im signing in it will say disconnected from xbox live,then it will say test conection,so i test conection and it says its fine,then it puts me to dashboard
    and i can see all the advertisements and that but my profile is not signed in.Then when i try and sign in 3 or 4 times it works,but when ever i need a update for a game it downloads update then it says disconnected from xbox live and i have to sign in again.I
    have also reset the network settings to factory default and still no good.

    It's not your xbox it's microsoft. I am having the same problem buddy. When I sign out I am fine. When I am signed in I am somehow disconnected. Everything worked fine until microsoft had an accounts problem... now the have that "fixed" but mine is still
    kicking me off and now I am at the point where I can connect whatsoever with xbox live. Network and everything else is fine but just can't connect to Live.

    Are you getting disconnected from Live and signed out? Since you have previously done those before I posted them, did you make sure the cache was cleared 3 times in row? Have you tried running an Xbox Live Connection Test yet to see if anything pops up there?
    To run the connection test press the Guide button on your controller. Select Settings, System Settings, and then Network Settings. Select the name of your Wireless Network, or select Wired Network for a wired connection. Select Test Xbox Live Connection.

    Overview

    I'm still using the xbox 360. when I run the test xbox live connection, my network, internet and xbox live status all show 'connected'. also, live status all show 'up'. everything seems fine. However, when I try to sign in I get "Disconnected from xbox live".
    I am also with Time Warner. Do you know if switching to the motorola SBG6580 will solve my problem?
