    Once again Xbox support sends me here


    I need an update apparently and it keeps giving me the same error code. Tells me to check my connection...power surge, reset, unplug; same message. Call Xbox support their first question is are you in the preview program? Then they send me a link. To here.
    I assume this is a known issue. 80072efd. That's the abbreviated error code that you already prob have 100s of.

    How do I contact the Enforcement Team. I've been told twice that NO ONE. Is able to contact them, which makes no sense. It is YOUR ENFORCEMENT TEAM. YOU SHOULD KNOW HOW TO CONTACT THEM. Its whatever I guess. This is the longest enforcement I've had and its
    pissing me off. I was actually ready to just notrenew my gold on this account and restart on another. By the way. I have over 34,000 Gamerscore. To be precise. I have 34,899 Gamerscore. It took me years to earn that. And now I have to restart, because of some
    stupid enforcement ban.

    same issue for me but first they told me to reset my system so where before I could at least play offline now I can't do jack

    yea im having the same problem reset unplug called xbox , reset wont update at all , xbox told me to send it in for repair ( $135.00 ) i dont think so its obvious its a problem on their end that needs to be fixed . as of now cant do anything on it

    tethering your cell phone to the console will do the update. It just worked for me. However, I did restore to factory settings and now my external hard drive isn't showing up...so...

    yea im having the same problem reset unplug called xbox , reset wont update at all , xbox told me to send it in for repair ( $135.00 ) i dont think so its obvious its a problem on their end that needs to be fixed . as of now cant do anything on it
