    Once again, XBL servers offline


    Why is this becoming more and more common? The concept is simple: I pay for a game with my money that I earn, I pay for a subscription service to play that game on unique servers, and I expect play time in return, whenever I want. If you cannot deliver
    on your promise to provide the services I am paying for, that's a breach of contract. Pure and simple.

    Merging the SAME account?

    That will not work. Once you go online with either account it will update with the XBL servers and overwrite the offline account. If you go online you will have to re-earn all those achievements again.

    have everything clear, here's the Terms of Use for Xbox Live. Sections 5 and 8 both acknowledge the situation you're in.

    XBL should be refunding everyone for the last month. Again, and Again, and one more Again. What the F??? XBL is offline more than its working.

    Deleting Unused Profiles/Avatars

    Offline Profile (Local Storage Device only and does not Connect with Xbox LIVE), simply Delete the Profile from the HDD. If it is an Online/ Xbox LIVE with an Email attached (like the one you used to Post here), no it cannot be
    Deleted from XBL. You can Delete an Online XBL Profile from a Local Storage Device (HDD) but you cannot "delete" it from the Xbox LIVE Servers once created.
