Once again no Rewards Credit

Once again..... I have spent over $50.00 on Freedom Rewards this month (June) but the credits were not added to the Free Pass credits program. I was only credited with spending $5.00 in the FREEqeuent Player credit program from April, nothing for May and
through the current month of June. I made a specific purchase of $5.00 just last night as a test, of the Frequent Player credit program.

I have all my receipt emails, also I believe some of these credit issues are because of split payments between either MS Points and other payment methods, PayPal, CC etc.

Help with points blance dissapear

Sorry, but for billing support you will need to try contacting phone or chat support again. Once credits are deposited into your account, Rewards support no longer has access to them.

Rewards Deposit did not show up in my MS account

Double check your transactions after that date to see if the credits were already used. Rewards deposits are listed as a refund so it is showing your credits were deposited. Once your credits are deposited, the Rewards program is no longer able to do anything
with the credits. If you're still not seeing anything that could have used the currency, or still having issues using the currency, you would need to contact Xbox support and speak to billing again.

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

Therefore, your purchase on June 2nd was awarded on the fifth, and the Credits for that purchase from FREE pass have been pending since that date. Please note that it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new activity. You had no consumable purchases
in April. Your punch for FREEquent is from May, but we do see that you did not correctly receive a punch for your June purchase, and will adjust that for you. You should see that punch shortly. Apologies for the inconvenience.

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.
