    hello, I seem to have a constant rewards account issue! I purchase ALOT of games and get ALOT of rewards, not sure if that has anything to do with it, but I would expect that would make you guys want to help me MORE with the amount of $ I’m spending! Basically
    I went without ANY rewards for over a year and then made several posts here over that year then all the sudden around April or so last year I FINALLY got all my pending credits dumped into my account and was happy for once. Unfortunately that was short lived
    caused I haven’t gotten ANYTHING since then and just checked all my pending credits and they are significant! What do I have to do to get another dump working??? Possibly even fix it FOREVER if possible? PLEASE HELP!!!

    Rewards not deposited

    Xbox Live Rewards has been extremely inconsistent with my account.

    It used to be once a month, then after my first issue I received some points on my account a year or more later.

    It's been a year or more since I've received my rewards, and was once again transferred here. An email that told me there was an issue and to come to this forum.

    Please help restore this issue to Gamertag:

    So here is the story, a few years ago my live account was stolen by someone in Brazil, and my Rewards don't look like they have worked right ever since, my icon on the rewards page is still from when it was gone and I know I've brought tons of games since
    I got my Xbox One last year... any help?

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and
    thus aborts the process. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will
    be resolved, but this team has provided us with fixed deposit cycles as a result of their work. We apologize for the inconvenience. While we have not received word from this other team on why this error occurs, it seems to happen to accounts that have multiple
    billable accounts. For example, we see that your account has multiple billable accounts associated with it, which may have caused this issue.

    Hello AlteredRealityx,

    From the FAQ for that offer:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

    Therefore, your purchase on June 2nd was awarded on the fifth, and the Credits for that purchase from FREE pass have been pending since that date. Please note that it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new activity. You had no consumable purchases
    in April. Your punch for FREEquent is from May, but we do see that you did not correctly receive a punch for your June purchase, and will adjust that for you. You should see that punch shortly. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    nope i didn't my points (until last lot went on) didn't change since that email in march saying i had them and i didn't i have been chasing and originally is was "we'll look into it" and then it changed to "those points were sent via a code, you've deleted
    the code tough tit"

    feb i had 130 on my account march they said i was going to have 100 put onto the account and they didn't turn up i still had 130 on my account.

    You only registered into the Rewards program on the 7th this month. From the FAQ:

    I've had an Xbox Live account for years. Can I earn Rewards for transactions made prior to signing up for Xbox Live Rewards?



    You can only earn Rewards once you're an Xbox Live Rewards member. Once your membership is complete, we'll begin tracking your activity and rewarding you for things like completing missions, earning MyVIP Gems, or working towards your MyVIP Star Rank
    by making purchases in the Xbox Store.
