    Once again confirmed shipment has not registered with Microsoft


    Once again I have shipped my controller back to Microsoft and have received confirmation of delivery, but Microsoft themselves have not confirmed receipt of my shipment. This is the second time that's happened Can anyone help me please?

    so I got the confirmation email and a shipping number at 6 this morning, but the UPS tracking site still says "A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status-- including the scheduled delivery date--
    will be updated." Should I be worried or are they still processing orders?

    Hardware is becoming harder to find because places are not longer receiving their normal shipments. I am guessing Microsoft has no idea when they will get another shipment.

    Odd my tracking now says the package is in Calgary and it updated to say:

    "Registered with Clearing Agency. Shipment release pending Clearing Agency review. / Shipment submitted to Clearing Agency, awaiting final release."
