Once again can't see friends list...

Xbox Live Service Status page. Please keep an eye there for any updates. If it has been removed and you're still unable to see your friends list, please hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds
and try again. If that doesn't help you out, please post back so that we can look into it further!

The friends service is having problems, so a lot of people can't see their friends list right now. But don't worry, they should be visible again soon!

To check if your account is in good standing from Xbox Live, sign in to
enforcement.xbox.com. You may also get in touch with the team of support from Xbox for further assistance. With your Microsoft account signed in, click this
link to generate a chat session or request a call.

Sometimes the performance and stability of gameplay can be affected by corrupted profile data on your Windows 10 device. To check your profile data, try playing the same game using a different account. Here's how:

1. Press the Windows button on your device or keyboard, or select the Windows icon from the bottom-left corner of the main screen.
2. Select your account name from the top-left corner of the menu, and then select Switch account.
3. Sign in with an account other than the one you were using.
4. Restart the game to see if it works correctly.

If possible would you be able to add me into the Alpha Ring for system updates?

On my old xbox one I was Alpha but I recently purchased an xbox one s and removed my old console from preview program.

When I re enrolled a few months later I am only in the Preview beta ring if you can see my history you will see i was always active in feedback, quests, and surveys.

Appreciate any help.
