Hallo,

Ik merk de laatste tijd dat Microsoft uit het niets €49.99 bij mij probeert af te schrijven, zonder hier een geldige reden voor te hebben.

Persoonlijk denk ik dat het gaat om mijn Xbox live gold abonnement, maar deze is reeds betaald via een code. Als ik in het overzicht van al mijn diensten, services en abonnementen kijk kan ik dan ook geen terugkerende facturaties o.i.d. vinden. Tijdens
het afschrijven wordt er ook geen specificatie weergegeven waarvoor het is.

Als ik probeer mijn Xbox live gold stop te zetten krijg ik de melding dat deze reeds betaald is via een code, en nog geldig is tot 2020 wat dus gewoon klopt. Dus Microsoft, waarom schrijven jullie zomaar geld af?

No, I can't find anything as I would also never pre-order a game. Also in my full payment overview (made payments/ futuristic payments) I can't find anything regarding the €49,99

I can definitely understand how this could be concerning. I would suggest getting in contact with
customer support directly to make sure that your payment instrument has not been added to an account you are unaware of.

When you get a chance, get in touch of them and let us know if that shed any light on what is happening.

de Nederlandse taal van microsoft solitaire collection ( nu: noitceloC eriatiloS tfosorciM) is veranderd sinds vandaag en in een onbekende taal, kan het niet veranderen.

De probleemoplossing van U heeft niet geholpen.

Sorry to her you are running into this issue with this transaction that came through. From what you are saying it looks like the transaction is not appearing on your accounts

Order History? If you do not see It on your order history then I would advise that you
Contact Xbox Support so that you can get further assistance in tracking down the origin of the transaction and so that you can get this resolved.
