On XBox Live game Battlefield Hardline, I am regularly harassed by a player

On XBox Live game Battlefield Hardline, I am regularly harassed by a player who joins my team, then follows me around throws smoke on me, destroys my gear and tries to get me killed while preventing me from playing the game. I lead the most successful platoon,
so of course there are some players who hate me. There is nothing in the Code of Conduct that permits players to harass and disrupt the play of highly ranked players or players who regularly kill them.

Enforcement has done nothing about it after repeated reports and pleas for the enforcement of XBox rules. I know they are there because I was suspended once within minutes of answering someone's question about another player. Another time, I was suspended
for asking a player if he knew that being on the inaccessible roof that he was cheating and he replied that he was an administrator and I was suspended from comms in a matter of minutes. The same players cheat by using glitches to access offmap locations nearly
every game, but despite dozens of reports with recordings, nothing ever happens to them. There are 2 other players who harassed me for months with consequences from Enforcement and will likely resume once they return from Fortnight.

Surely Enforcement has someone who they answer to. Please tell me that I do not have to involve my attorney so that I can enjoy my games in peace, as one should expect and is guaranteed by the Code of Conduct. It shouldn't take dozens of reports with numerous
recordings for the same people to stop people from ruining the games for others.

Who can I contact for action when it is clear that Enforcement does nothing about my reports and complaints in Battlefield Hardline?

Have you blocked them? Blocking would not allow them to join a game off you. You need to block and report these people. Sending them a message means you have not blocked them.

If you pick not to do the above then that is your decision. Allowing yourself to be harassed when you have options to stop it is your decision.

Report and block them that's the only way

Hello Darth,

Sorry for the issue with the player on the game. You are doing the correct thing as to report him. You can also block the profile and he will not be able to find you unless with a different one. Personally had this issue with a player he made 10 profiles
I blocked them all he finally stopped. You can also try posting on Battlefield forums see if there anything they can do as it their game server.

Just continue to report ignore and block them. Only thing we can do on the forums is give advice and information.
