On Xbox 360 im getting error code 8c150009 when trying to view xbox subscription in My Account ...

hi all

since a few days, on my other account, which is my gold account that i play online with. Im getting error code 8c150009 whenever i try to view my gold subscription info in the My Account tab. It says there is a problem with the xbox
service, please try again later. After i click through the error message. I am left with a empty subscription tab telling me, we cant show your subscriptions at the moment, please try again later. It will not pull up my gold subsciption info at all annymore.
Just the error message when i enter the My account Tab. I also own a Xbox one and on there it does show my 12 month gold info. It also shows i have 12 month gold on the Microsoft billing and subscription website. But i did notice that Microsoft changed some

I got switched to schedule 2 it seams. I wonder if this change caused my xbox 360 account info to get messed up since it happended at the same time. Resetting, redownloading profile, and power cycling did not fix it. And the 8c150009 error keeps showing up
in my account on Xbox 360. Anny help on how to fix this error code is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance

Getting Error Code 8c150009 On Console … I don't have any problems with the xbox.com website, everything shows correctly.

but nothing shown on account subscriptions in my xbox and gives the error 8c150009.

My Xbox Gold Live expiry date 06/04/2018 , what happen?

Getting Error Code 8c150009 On Console. Can't event access to the support site from the xbox 360 IE which is obsolete and cannot be upgraded, Once connect to account subscriptions in my xbox 360, it gives the error 8c150009.

My Xbox Gold Live expiry date Nov 2018 , what happen? My subscription will be wasted.

Tried the support call back numerous time but unable to hear anything from the call. So is not helping at all. Please advise and resolve as soon as possible. Thank you.
