We'd be happy to help but we would appreciate some more information on the issue so we can figure out what is going on.

Is this Destiny or Destiny 2?

Are you referring to guardians you have created and leveled up or other guardians to play with in multiplayer?

Do you receive any error codes or messages and does the game appear as you are starting brand new, or does it just seem like you are not connected to the servers?

Destiny 2, and it's the other players in the game, other guardians. I start the game up and it goes into the game but no other people(Guardians) show up. When we moved to new location had to go to satalite in stead of land line.

Are you sure you use the same Xbox account that you used before?

Can you sign in on
https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile and after you signed in with your account, check if your Guardians show up there?

Your guardians are stored on Bungies servers, so you might also have to contact Bungie support to check for the whereabouts of your characters, after you made sure you are using the same Microsoft Account as before!

If you bought Destiny digitally, check
https://commerce.microsoft.com if your purchase for the Destiny game shows up there.

Have you tried to reboot your router and then try it. Are you connected to the internet? Could be the game server you are connecting to.

I rebooted the router and retried, I'm on the internet. Playing Destiny 2 w/ Forsaken, how do I check the game server or the internet?

Very Frustrated!

Please make sure you have an active gold membership. Next go to your settings then under network and check your Nat Type for us.

Chances are however your new internet is causing the issue. Satellite is not the best.
