Smartglass crashing

Crashes on Lumia 735 OS WP 8.1 (update)

xbox 360 won't connect to a windows 8.1 pc

I can't get xbox to access pictures or videos on my windows 8.1 pc. It's looking for windows media player and I don't want to but windows 8.1 pro. Any ideas?

 

Try this:

1. Press the Windows key
2. Type in Windows Update
3. Under the search bar you see on the right, choose Check for Updates
4. In the Windows Update screen, press the Check Now button
5. Even if it doesn't seem to find any updates, click on View Details
6. Install any updates you see that haven't been installed- including optional ones
   
7. Restart using the restart option from the shut down menu.

Let me know if you're still having problems but this should fix it.

 

No, not work. I've try also
blogs.technet.com/.../what-to-do-if-your-windows-8-modern-app-fails-to-start.aspx but it won't load. The problem also occurs in other Microsoft games, like mineswipper, majong and Others!

 

Did you ever find a solution to this problem? I am having exactly the same problem with Solitaire and also Mahjong. As soon as it opens to the home screen, it closes down. I tried the solution they gave you with the updates, but that made no difference.

 

I don't know if this will help, but I was having a similar problem today. Update reported I had the latest and greatest. So, I restarted the computer. Everything seems to be working again. Try a reboot, that may help.
