    On thursday came home at 11PM got to sleep, wake up at 8. Started playing at 9:20AM...


    Ok now i understand what happened, (The day before) So my brother Is 14y and he was signed into my account. he was spamming people with ramdoms account but he wasn't spamming in my account. (why i got banned If i wasn't spamming or using my account, just because it was open)

    I was working while this happened

    I get to work at 2PM and came home 11PM Why you guys banned my account for that?? I didn't do nothing, ban he's account not my account.

    You can literally see my messages, i was playing at 10AM

    I'm to old to be spamming people, I want to apoligize for what happened with my brother and this will not happen again.

    I got my brothers xbox now, he's not gonna play until i get my account back.

    I need help to get my account back for something i didn't do

    A case review is the only way to contact them.

    You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review, but you are responsible for your account at all times.

    I can't get you another case review. You only get 1. Since they denied it, there is nothing else you can do.

    But it's unfair xbox, I had my account since 2017!!!

    I've never had this problems

    And the thing Is i didn't do nothing with my account, My brother didn't spam with my account.

    I didn't do nothing with my account so why is banned!!!

    Yes, they denied my case review because i didn't text nothing.

    I didn't know how to submit one, I just need help to get my account back because it's unfair.

    Hey yeah, i submited a case Review but by mistake.

    Because i didn't know how to submit one, it's unfair. I wasn't home and he took my Xbox to play.
