On the Xbox one i have been having trouble with accessing the game Fh5

Thank you for your prompt reply, I am not able to delete all accounts as some belong to my offspring, however uninstalling and reinstalling the game is an option. But will it actually work ?

According to the detailed information that you have provided you will be needing to reset your console to factory default keeping your games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

You can also uninstall and reinstall the game.

Absolutely. That usually fixes the issue with a specific game.

Also, if this game is stored on your External Hard drive kindly move it to your Internal Storage then perform a powercycle.

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

The Home setting is what is used to share games. Since you have the Xbox One set as your Home, other profiles would only be able to access your games (including FH5) on that console.

I so agree. It's frustrating because I'm losing won bingos (and costing me extra cash).
