    Log in on the Xbox app, and go to my library. Then check to see if Forza Horizon 3 is listed there. If it isn't, then you might be logged in with a different account you used to purchase the game.

    it took exactly 5 days for a product key to available to me. now after i entered it, it says up to 2 days for beta to be available on my xbox. woohoo

    I bought the DLC for Destiny 2 (KEY), but i cant play it on PC.

    1. Platform Holder can't change the version of the same product?

    2. I thought that Xbox promoted the ideology of play everywhere for games that are available in their store on both platforms (I know that Ubisoft games, etc. are not available in the Xbox app for PC, but this DLC is available both there and there.
