I hope you are doing well today. Welcome to the Xbox Community. Thank you for reaching out to Xbox Forums. You have difficulty with the Razer Home run bundle keyboard and mouse set. I am happy to help and try my best to resolve this issue. You can use wired USB mice and keyboards for navigation in select games and apps and—with a keyboard—getting around on Xbox.

Things to keep in mind:

• You can’t use a mouse on Home (Your main dashboard) or within the Xbox user interface while navigating the dashboard.
  
• You’ll need to use your controller to configure your mouse. Settings does not support mouse interaction.
  
• Microsoft Edge works with a mouse but also has an on-screen cursor.

if it works on fortnite is up to epic when its available

But when it comes to keyboard or mouse, it does work because i tested it out myself and it works just fine.

A mouse is not supported at all as of 12/3/15 and keyboard support is limited but more support was added to the dashboard as of the November update to NXOE. Game support and app support for keyboard will be based on the specific game or app and what each
developer has decided to offer.

There are ideas around bringing full mouse and keyboard support to the system but I've not seen where any plans are confirmed that mouse and keyboard support would exist in games.

Already have Xbox insider hub. And thanks for the reply. So whats happening is i have my mouse and keyboard plugged in as normal the game loads up, and i cannot see my mouse, i can click start but it thinks im on controller. So if i unplug my controller,
it will say “controller disconnected” which should not happen as i have a keyboard and mouse so, if i go into s game i csn move around with bot keyboard and mouse, but if i click inventoryi cant see my mouse again. Basically if i plug it thinks im on controller
but the mouse is plugged in and i cant see the mouse at all.
