    Hi, I have owned a Xbox for around 3 years now and up to the 25th Dec 2019 had only ever got a communications ban back in July 2017 for 24hrs. As from the 25th of Dec last year to date I have had 7 comms bans for all the same thing, reason for dropping the
    F bomb.

    All the bans have the same reason. 1 ban on the 2nd of Jan was reduced but next 2 are not eligible for review or reduction even though they are over 24hrs, they are 28hrs. I thought policy was any ban over 24hrs could be reviewed, please correct me if I
    have got this wrong.

    I've challenged my friends/other players to ascertain whats happening and find out whats going on. As you can expect no one is putting there hand up. I feel that this is turning out to be harassment and I questioning do the
    Enforcement Team review every report i.e. Listen to every communication on voice comms to find out if a violation has occurred, or do they take the report at face value and impose the ban ?

    Thanks for the quick reply. Still leaves me wondering then why the report on the 2nd of Jan (24hr) was eligible and reduced.

    I've heard a few people mention they were able to do the same, but haven't seen any news about it becoming official. It may have been something they were trying and may be bringing out.

    Because a 28 hours suspension is not much longer than a 24 hour suspension, it is still treated as a 24 hour suspension. Those suspensions are not eligible for a case review because by it takes longer to review it than the length of the suspension.

    The enforcement team do not just go by a report, otherwise more people would receive suspensions. They investigate every complaint they receive and will only issue a suspension if they determine something was done to violate the code of conduct/terms of
    service.

    Phone/chat support don't deal with enforcement matters & often give out the wrong info when it comes to enforcement matters.

    My xbox live account has been banned wrongully.

    Nothing you can do.Phone/chat support are nothing to do with enforcement & often give out incorrect information when it comes to enforcement matters.

    The enforcement team are as high as it goes when it comes to enforcement matters & if they have upheld their decision after a case review then that's final.
