On the console my friend is offline, on the smart glass they are online

On my Xbox it says that some of my friends are offline, however, on the Xbox One Smart glass app, it says that they are online? I then contacted my friend that was online on the smart glass and offline on the Xbox and he said he was online?
I was in a live chat for 1 hour and they told me to write a forum because we tried many steps, none of them working.

Found Out Something New The Other Day

I actually think smart glass is great. I work very erratic hours as do a lot of my xbox friends. They send me messages to come online and I receive on my phone on smart glass which is great because otherwise I wouldn't know they were on. That alone makes
it worthwhile to me.

 

How do you check when a player has been on system playing?

if you have a smart phone you can check on xbox smart glass within another account that has your kid's account as a friend and you will see whenever they are online and the last sign in hope i helped
