    i check my email i have and i got my phone number down but it still needs more imformation

    Information is correct

    i have checked my information for the rewards account and as far as I can see the information appears to be correct but I have a yellow light saying I need to check this Information. Could we please get this resolved

    account needs updating

    Hi,

    So, i visit my account today to see that it still "needs updating before a deposit" and even though i have been waiting nearly 2 YEARS for one, like others for this issue to be resolved, i understand there is a "team" working on this issue.

    However. At the bottom of the page where it used to say with a big red light, needs updating, it now has a green light and everything is ok.

    But, its not ok.. so am i to guess the system set to mask the broken system is now broken?

    One other thing i would like to ask is who is this external team looking at this issue? As they are looking into private billing information i feel this should be disclosed?

    Can i have a deposit please? Many thanks. Again.

    Have you been receiving emails from our program? This yellow indicator is a sign your emails have not been being delivered. Do you know when the last email from our program was delivered to your email address?

    So I've tried the test connection again and it says I'm connected to everything but it has a yellow button with an exclamation type mark in it. Says service alert and then bottom left has a web address. Xbox.com/servicealerts. Since everything is good
    besides that. I'm take it the reason I can't connect is because of this outage!?! @MissKelo what do you think is goin on!? Let me know:)

    oops taht link should be http://account.live.com not vom. And on the screen, does it say anything about email needs to be verified? Its usually a nice visible yellow bar. Or go to the manage security
    information and check that you have reset information.

    Sometimes it still has this issue even with good reset information and you'll need to contact support for an escalation.
