On Series S/X how do I cap framerate at 30FPS?

Everywhere I go, there are a ton of article about how to get more frames. But I want less for one reason alone. Some games have animations tied to the framerate. So while I'm enjoying a high framerate in a ton of games, it has made some older games unplayable. For instance, in Oddworld New N Tasty, the meat grinders are so fast that they are impossible to traverse because the window to cross is halved. I either have to find an old Xbox One, or Microsoft need to enable a 30 FPS cap option. Please help.

that is defo an issue with the game, i have that game on pc and run it at 144fps and fan blades are near impossible to get through due to the framerate. I have to set nvidia vsync to half and add a framerate cap for this one game. it is up to the game devs to sort this issue as it is still a nightmare at 60fps too.

The resolution's the same but the framerate is better. Not that you'd see it on youtube which is capped at 30fps

the fact the word one is missing clearly shows the difference.

and you bought a one s to play fs2020 when even powerful pc's struggle even the most powerful gpu on the market can only play the game at around 60fps on ultra, the xbox series x can only do just 30fps at mostly medium to high settings.

the one s would probably hit 30fps at a res of 72p.
