On screen keyboard pops up every time I press A in a store menu.

I just noticed today that if I select something to view (for instance, the Countdown advertisement box or a game to download) with the A button, the on screen keyboard pops up when the selection gets loaded, even if my selection requires no text. The box
disappears when I hit B,but is there a way to keep it from coming up altogether until I need it?

Xbox One Controller for Windows 10 - Turning Off Onscreen Keyboard

If you press DOWN on the LEFT JOYSTICK, a on screen keyboard pops up. I hit this by accident when playing games. I have Windows 10 setup to TURN OFF ALL ONSCREEN keyboards, but yet, it still comes up. This is from the Xbox Accessories Software I am pretty
sure because the Mouse/Keyboard does not affect this On Screen Keyboard. I need this disabled for the Xbox One Controller for Windows. How do I do it? Thanks

Skype and Youtube has no "go back" button?

Press and hold the menu button when on the home screen (with the game/app selected). It pops up a context menu to allow you to close the game/app.

I have recently begun to have this very same problem. Anyone out there know how to fix it?

First thing to try would be doing a hard reset on the console. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in
and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test for results. Let us know Good Luck!

Worked for me. Any idea why it happens? It has happen twice

Not really sure why it happens. Just like any computer it has to be completely restarted sometimes just to clear things out. Happy Gaming!!

i am not hanging on startup screen... it happens from time to time on whatever i do... when i am playing, and i usually stream every minute, everything is fine, but when i want to open up the xbox menu, the screen only dims down a bit, but no menu pops
up. when i press the xbox button again, the screen turns back to normal on whatever i just do.
