    Ok so I sign in and I can't type the keyboard doesn't show up I don't have a wireless keyboard and I can't type my Wi-Fi login so I can't use Xbox smartphone

    Looks like a operative system issue, if the above possible solution doesnt fix, you might need to

    Factory Reset     your console. After please let us know if your issue has been fixed.

    Hi there Jeremy,

    Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with the Xbox One on-screen keyboard. I recommend to try troubleshooting the console.
    Try the following article: How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console
    (Disconnect and reconnect your console's power cable)

    Try this and let us know the results.

    pop up keyboard on xbox when using edge?

    I meant that when u type using keyboard on xbox edge browser a pop on screen keyboard also appears which blocks the screen i was asking if their was a way to remove that pop up keyboard when using a keyboard

    Are you able to press A in the text box that appears? Does that make the keyboard pop up on screen?
