    On-screen keyboard cursor not moving


    The RB/LB function on my Xbox One on-screen keyboard is not working. I can't move the cursor to the right and since it starts on the left, I can't erase my autofilled old address to add my new Visa card in order to pay
    for Xbox Live. I have pressed A to activate the form and bring up the on-screen keyboard and can type perfectly fine. I even tried a USB keyboard with no luck. Any help would be much appreciated because without a solution, I am without Xbox
    Live.

    You can also do all of that at account.microsoft.com if you can't get that to work. Must be a new bug. Definitely go to that screen, hold the Xbox button and then under
    the pop up menu hit report a bug. :)
    Ok, I'll definitely go do that online. My Xbox was refurbished and has another annoying problem with resuming games after sleeping. Not sure if it being second hand has anything to do with it but it's the One S.

    hey i got some of a same question how to setup a keyboard and mouse i cant see my mouse moving and when i go in fortnite settings then it says i have to connect a keyboard to acces the settings (i have not tried other games because the first thing i knew
    you could play with keyboard and mouse was fortnite) please help i have a bad pc and i just want the good graphics of my xbox

    Not a problem. Hope that helps! Not sure about sleeping and resuming games. Could always try a factory reset to fix any issues. You can keep your games and stuff when doing that. :)
