On refunds

So..I've submitted a refund request because I accidentally purchased the Xbox version of Minecraft instead of Windows 10. It has almost been 48 out of 72 hours and I have not gotten a single response. I know there is time away until the 72-hour mark, but
I'm just wondering...could there be a reason for them not contacting me?

Also, I'm sorry if this is posted in the wrong place, I don't know where I would ask these types of questions.
