      joy. Im playing on a wired ethernet cable straight into the router. Is there any other steps i can take

    Dead rising 3 wont fully install....

    Are you installing off of a disc or completely off of Xbox Live. If you are installing completely off of Xbox Live then you may have the 20 gig update and the game install working against each other slowing it down. If you are doing it off of a disc, then
    disconnect your Xbox One from the internet and install the game completely off of the disc and then reconnect and install updates.

    Return the console to whoever sold it to you and demand a refund, there is little to no hope of having that console ban lifted.

    try and delete the profile then re-download it and what do you mean ur email has been disable if its lock or you cant log in to it from the PC then it may have been hacked if lock contacting Hotmail is ur best bet for that
