    On my Xbox one, While watching Video streaming like Netflix, Disney plus or youtube, the Audio on TV goes mute randomly from few seconds upto a minute. It comes back by itself. It only happens with video streaming Apps and not with playing games on xbox.
    The TV is Samsung and it is connected via hdmi to XBox one. Wanted to check with you before making any changes in settings on Xbox video or audio.

    Try any other streaming app like youtube, disney plus etc to see if those have any problems. Does your TV support HDR? If so, try turning off HDR and see does it make any difference.

    Also try turning off game mode in TV while streaming Netflix.

    Error code 39 is described as: "This means that the video you are trying to watch cannot be watched at this time. This could be a rights availability or other issue with Disney+."

    But this one typically revolves around streaming Disney Plus via its Xbox One app. First, make sure you aren’t currently streaming via PC, mobile, or any other devices while using the Xbox One app. If that still doesn’t work
    – try changing HDMI port on your TV to your Xbox. It’s a minor change, but could fix error code 39.

    I have the same problem 2 weeks now in my series X. Dolby Atmos indicator is not displayed on Denon (AVR-X1700H) AVR while watching Netflix. AVR shows PCM input for a reason. In games and Disney plus, Prime video apps is working fine.

    My Internet is fast enough for HD video, but it always starts the video in SD and then takes about 10 seconds to switch to HD. It also depends where you stream from. If I watch YouTube, the videos are in 720p, but in Netflix, they are in 1080p.
