    On my Xbox Live Dashboard says I have 1 day of Gold left when my subscription doesn't ...


    It's really annoying that this is happening, it keeps telling me I have 1 day of Xbox Live left and to renew my membership, yet when I check my subscription it doesn't expire until 2017. What can I do to fix this?

    1 Day of Xbox Live yet when my subscription doesn't expire until next year?

    I notice when I get online on my Xbox One on the home screen one of the news messages says I have only 1 day of Xbox Live left, however I just renewed my subscription a couple days ago and when I checked my subscriptions it says my current Xbox Live Membership
    does not expire until 2/25/17. So what is wrong?

    Game Pass Box on Xbox One Dashboard

    A couple of days ago a box appeared on my Xbox One dashboard saying to renew my Game Pass subscription because it would expire in less than 7 days.

    Today that box says I have 3 days left on my Game Pass subscription.

    Problem is...my subscription doesn't expire until 8/30/2018.

    Any ideas or just let it run its course?

    Hey there Medrano911!

    Just to clarify, are you still seeing the same message displayed on your Xbox One console? If you have already

    verified your membership status
    and you can see that your membership does not expire until 2017, you shouldn't have anything to worry about. If you are continuing to see the message displayed, be sure to let us know. Thanks!

    Yes it is still present and I have confirmed my subscription does not expire until 2017.

    Try removing your Xbox Live profile from your Xbox One console, restart your Xbox One, and then sign back in. To do this, check out our

    Remove Accounts from Xbox One
    page.

    Be sure to let us know if that does the trick or not! On my Xbox Live Dashboard says I have 1 day of Gold left when my subscription doesn't ... :)

    Super odd to hear!

    At times that does pop up if your previous subscription is set to expire, but so long as you have a current subscription you shouldn't need to worry. If you find that you're having trouble accessing Xbox Live Gold features definitely let us know On my Xbox Live Dashboard says I have 1 day of Gold left when my subscription doesn't ... :)

    Got the same issue after renewing 12 months.. Chatted to an advisor on line for a good dfew hours trying loads of different things with no joy.

    She even cancelled my subscription and gave me a complimentary 12 month code to try to resolve it as I'd only renewed the day before and this still was a no go.

    Looks like we're stuck with the glitch and microsoft are happy with the imperfection..

    Have you run into any issues preventing you from using your Xbox Live gold subscription? Please let us know which issues you're running into so we can take a look. In the meantime, it can take a full billing cycle (about a month) for these type of issues
    to clear up. If your subscription still works for you, hang in there for a full billing cycle (around 3/28/2016 will be safe to say since that's a month after you posted) and let us know if the issue is still occurring.
