The enforcement site sometimes takes time to sync up properly.

Your rep on your console is your true rep so in your case it is at "needs work".

It can take time to improve so it wont just improve in a month.

The only way to restore your reputation is to keep playing matches online without getting reported for any reason. Xbox Enforcement and other Microsoft staff do not restore it back to "Good" by request.

Reputation is a community-given rating; if you are unsportsmanlike during matches, or you generally have a negative play-style/attitude, other players might report you.

Xbox Enforcement team assured me the Reputation system cannot be abused by players. I was not playing unsportsmanlike I did not have a negative play style or attitude. I have never broke code of conduct or enforcement rules once. I am not an exceptional
case. Numerous players have been placed in Avoid me Reputation for no deserving reason even though Xbox told us the system cannot be abused. They're are many games that will no allow me to match make with avoid me reputation. I cannot regain my good reputation
if none of my games allow me to play online. Now I'm paying for a service i'm not getting. Xbox needs to address this immediately. I know people who have had their reputation restored by xbox enforcement team; so I know its possible.

Please explain to me how am I suppose to play games online and restore my reputation if none of my games allow me to do so?

My reputation is still "Avoid Me" when I look at it on my actual Xbox One profile but according to the chart on my Enforcement reputation page, my reputation has been green (stating that I'm a Good Player) for the past six months and yet I'm still an avoid
me player with only 3 reports filed against me. Only three! How does that work?

My Profile on the Xbox console is avoid about 80% or something. But when I looked up on the website
https://enforcement.xbox.com/ and viewed my reputation, it says that I am a "good player." Actually I never went under the light green in the graphical representation.
