On my phone it says I'm signed in and shows my user and when I check it says I've got no...

I have the same problem, I think. When I try to use Wordament or MIcrosoft Mahjongg it won't connect. Mahjongg shows that I'm signed in, but when I try to actually play the game it says there's a problem communicating with an Xbox service and gives the error
code 004500. I've checked for updates and I've also restarted my computer.

When it signs in all the way it will say hello and show my gamer picture. Right now it will say hello like it signed in but won't show that I'm signed in. When I play a game and it tells me to sign in I choose my profile and it will pop up again to have
me choose a profile

Ya I've tried that already. It says that there is nothing there. I'm not even receiving an error code. It just gets about to a quarter, about 25% and stops. The loading circle still spins, but nothing loads past that. Also if i press the guide button to
cancel, it says has signed in. Then proceeds to show who has signed in. But then i check to see if my profile is downloaded and it still says there are 0 profiles on my xbox.

I've had the same problem, I ordered it back in November using a gift card and got a email on Feb. 13 saying it was canceled, but it still said I owned it when I checked on my Xbox. I received another one today saying the same thing but this time it didn't show me as owning it when I check Xbox.

It says type the security code from your authentication app but when I check my main phone nothing appear just like the pictures I showed in my previous post.
