On my MS Account page my console is showing up was the wrong version

The value would be listed as $0.00 as the code was not purchased via the MS Store.....MS have no idea what price you paid and it lists it in $ as a default I believe.

You definitely bought the UK version yes? And you definitely bought the Xbox version and not Windows version?

Can you got to the Windows Store, find the WWZ Aftermath entry and post a screenshot of what it shows please? Usually when a purchased game doesn't show up it's because it's the wrong platform, wrong account or wrong region...for a game to just not show up is weird

Hi, sadly this didn't solve my issue. When the sign in box shows up, it already shows an account with no option to input details. When I press sign into a new account, it loads and then takes me back to the sign in page with a the wrong account

If you're using an Xbox, try restarting the console.

I have had the same issue a bunch of times; I'll redeem a code for a game, it doesn't show up in my owned games list even after waiting for some time, but when I restart my console, then it does show up.

You could also try going to the Store page for the game, where you should see an option to install it. Make sure you are viewing the Store page for the correct version of the game, if it has multiple versions (e.g. regular, Deluxe, Ultimate etc.).

Yeah, common mistake to make, but the version number given in that page is not the same as the patch info that developers tend to give. My version shows same version, and is completely up to date. So you HAVE received updates, that's why none are showing.
