    hi there, my call of duty 4 profile on xbox360 is at negative 2billion points and I can't level up from level 1... how can I fix this?

    I bought some points, but can't use them!

    Okay, so I've only just joined XBox LIVE and I already had a profile on the console. When I signed up to LIVE I was asked to create a new profile, which I did, and then I used that profile to buy some points on the site here, via my computer.

    The points have now for some reason appeared on my original profile while my XBox LIVE profile has zero, but I can't use those points while signed into the original profile (the one with the points) because it's not XBox LIVE enabled. I'm confused and irritated!
    I don't care if I have to ditch my original profile, achievements and all, but as it is my $16 worth of points will go to waste if I can't somehow move them over to the second profile. I have no idea why they were even assigned to the non-XBox LIVE account
    in the first place.

    Can anyone help me out?

    Sorry to hear it. It sounds as though you happened into a modded lobby at some point and have had your XP reset. Activision is well aware of this glitch. Your best bet here would be to try contacting them or the developer of the game for more assistance.

    With a negative score you cannot get into online matches on your own. You can, however, piggyback in with a friend. Just have them invite you to their fireteam and they can bring you in to matches. Otherwise you will need to create a new gamertag to play
    online matches.

    True. I just don't wanta keep getting dlc or playing for achievements for other games on this profile if it get banned due to the random hacker who messed up my cod4 rank and stats on it. That's my only problem!
