On holiday, can't buy games online..??

I'm on holiday in the US while I am from Norway and of course my Xbox 360 and XB1 registered in Norway.

I just bought a couple of games on Xbox.com (as I of course didn't bring my XB with me) that were 360 games, it went perfectly fine.

I was going to buy the The Telltale Collection for XB1 as it's on sale but here I got the trouble, now it wants me to enter payment information, and it's demanding a US credit card, and I just can't pay with my original payment option.. I'm out of ideas
on what to do... I really hope it wasn't a daily deal XD;

I'm on Holiday in Spain and live in the UK - if I buy a physical copy of a game in Spain, will it work back in the UK?

 

I'm sorry to say you can not buy the game. The sale is only for US accounts with US billing information on it . Sorry There is no fix or any way around it . What you could try is change the region on the website to Norway and see if you can find the deal
in your region and then try to purchase it.

I tried your link onyx62is, but I got redirected.

I didn't know you could change the region, some websites are so hard to figure it out with, ugh!

But what I end up doing was removing all the extra on the link, and instead of "en_us" I tried adding No.. then I got redirected to a page asking to make sure which region I'm using. XD So there I managed to change the region to Norway and I got the game!

Interesting. The link is already set up for Norway. The fact that the page redirects you suggests that you've got the website set up for US. Try either changing the en-US to nb-NO for Norway or when you get to the page scroll to the bottom and in the
bottom left corner you'll see a country name. Click on it and select Norge for your country settings.
