On full library all the own games before update is 403 games and after is 397

It might be that the update is starting with the full number, but then lowering that by not counting betas that were released, but no longer active or demos for games you own? Is it possible that is the case?

I've counted demos and betas and give 397, but it used to show 403. I don't know if some demos or betas that are no longer available in the store are deleted

before you do all this check the store if it tells you that you own the game.

Often people are confused of the section 'Owned games' and 'Full library' !

If all those games was purchased digitally, go to your Microsoft account order history and look for the missing games there
