On demand punchcard not working only 9 days left!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i preordered FFXV, dead rising 4, and titanfall 2 got the punches for FFXV and titanfall but it doesnt even show that i preordered dead rising 4 yet i have the preordered stamp on titanfall,FFXV,and skyrim yet i didnt even preorder skyrim i bought it about
2 weeks after release. Another thing is before i bought DR4 it said i needed to spend $71 to reach VIP 4 and i bought deluxe edition of DR4 for $80 now it shows i still need to spend $63 though, also i have posted the support issue 3 different times and every
time i check my posts it shows i havent posted anything yet and i have to repost it

Hi TG Fireflex. To qualify for the Games on Demand punchcard, pre-orders must be made during the promotional offer period. Since this iteration of the Games on Demand punchcard began October 1, only purchases made after that date
will count.

 

Will Attack on Titan 2 be added to Games On Demand Preorder Punchcard?

We do not add new titles to the Games on Demand punchcard once it is on your MyMissions page, so Attack on Titan 2 will not be added to this punchcard.
