On demand punch card promotion

I had posted a few weeks ago about this promotion not showing up properly for my account. I had pre ordered halo wars 2 but it wasn't showing that I did. A support person got back to me and fixed the situation. However, I'm having the same problem again,
this time with mass effect andromeda.

When I tried to check today, I see that the promotion had been taken off the site. I also pre ordered injustice 2 today, so hoping that will work without a hitch. Could be because I had pre ordered non standard versions of the games? Ultimate for halo wars
2, deluxe for mass effect andromeda and deluxe for injustice 2.

I've done the on demand punch card promotions numerous times in months past without trouble. Hope this can be resolved. Really hoping to use the 15000 in rewards from the promotion along with whatever vip rewards I may get.

Games On Demand Punch Card

I have written a few times. I participated in the last Games On Demand Punch Card and never received my 15,000 credits for completing the punch card. Please help me in this matter. Thank you.

Punch Card Promotions

Hi MUDGATTOR. For the current Games on Demand Pre-Order offer, we see that you pre-ordered Assassin's Creed Origins. This punchcard began October 1. For the past Games on Demand Pre-Order offer, you pre-ordered Shadow of War and
Agents of Mayhem. This punchcard ran from July 1 to September 30. Since you only had two of the three punches, you did not complete the offer. To complete the current punchcard, you'll need to purchase 2 more qualifying titles.

We do not see a purchase of Mass Effect on your account. Could you tell us the date you see this game being purchased on your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account)?

Actually you need to post in the Rewards Support forum now. Punch cards are updated within 96 hours of completing a purchase. I have completed the Games on Demand punch card and have 20k credits pending.
