On-demand punch card games not showing up

If the pre-orders occurred during the promotion period, and the "1-2-3" at the top is not filled in then a staff member will review your account and see what the issue is.

The staff works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply. The staff does not work weekends.

Only pre-order purchases made during the offer period are eligible for the offer. Since your purchase of Resident Evil 7 was made in December, and the current Games on Demand offer started in January, that purchase is not applicable to the current Games
on Demand. It completed the previous Games on Demand offer. Keep in mind that purchases take up to 96 hours to be received and processed. At the current time, we have not yet received your Mass Effect purchase. We see that your Halo Wars 2 has awarded a punch
on the 1 - 2 -3 punchcard at the top of the Games on Demand page.

The body of the Games on Demand page is not your punch card. Your punch card is the 1 - 2 - 3 at the top of the page. The body of the page is just to show you what games you have left for purchase. Since the game is very near to being released, that title
has been marked as released. If you have purchased your copy as a pre-order, it will appear as a punch at the top of the page. Keep in mind that it takes up to 96 hours for us to receive and process new information, so that purchase has not yet been processed.

Actually you need to post in the Rewards Support forum now. Punch cards are updated within 96 hours of completing a purchase. I have completed the Games on Demand punch card and have 20k credits pending.

If you preordered digitally it would count as a punch towards your Games on Demand punch card. you would need to purchase 2 more eligible games in order to complete the offer and receive the credits
