on demand apps not working.

Hi

Just bought an Xbox one. Tried to download and use all the on demand apps. All 4, ITV hub, I player and demand 5. Some won't start and some won't load up programmes after they open up. Can someone help?

On Demand Apps

Now why is it that the 'On Demand' Apps don't have all the programs that are on the actual computer 'On Demand' websites. For example, with '5 On Demand' on the computer I can watch CSI, NCIS...etc... But I can't on my Xbox. So why is this?

Hi! In this case a hard reset/power cycle usually helps: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

in the Network Settings.

Mine originally didnt seem to register but I checked the rewards app a day later and they worked perfectly.

I would suggest this is due to demand.
