On console edition, there is no add server button. Where can I find it?

On the console edition of Minecraft, the "Add Server" button is not available by default. This is because Minecraft Bedrock on consoles is more limited compared to the PC/mobile versions.

You can only join the featured servers listed in the “Servers” tab, such as Hive, Lifeboat, Mineplex, etc. Adding custom servers manually is not officially supported on consoles at this time.

If it is:

- Have you already checked for the contents of this pack at My Games & apps > Skyrim > Manage game and add-ons > Manage installation? not all DLC content needs to be installed, so there's a chance the content isn't there.

- Have you already checked if you can claim this content through Skyrim's Creators Club section on its main menu? If you are not able to access the creators club, you will need to link your Xbox and Bethesda accounts.
