    On black ops cold war i dontnhave any of the content packs to install and i cant get then


    I have call of duty black ops but when i click on manage games and add ons the content packs are not there and i can only see the add on: free access and im not sure what to do it keep telling me to purchase the app when i have it.

    How come when I open call of duty black ops coldwar a pop up appears saying purchase game then another pop up appears saying game already installed but still wont let me play mind you I own this game.

    Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

    Make sure that these packs are installed:

    Please review if you're able to see the full version of black ops and previously purchased add-ons by looking at your Microsoft account order history:

    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    If you're not able to see the game listed there, make sure to change the filter "ordered within" to "all available" in case you purchased the game before; And if you have more than one email address check the order history on each one.
