On and off installation issue

So I am trying to install some games on my Xbox (all digital copies) and for a few minutes, everything is fine. But then the installation/downloading stops so that there is no download speed being shown, meaning that it is not installing at all. The game
still says "installing...", but nothing is happening as there is no download speed. Then after a long period of time, it finally shows a download speed and continues to install as normal for another minute before going back to not installing anything. My internet
and network connection is not the cause as I've checked the network connections, my computer and I'm able to play other online games without an issue. I've hard restarted my Xbox many times, uninstalled and reinstalled, factory reset my Xbox (twice) and I've
tried every other possible solution on the support page and nothing seems to work.

My one theory is that since I'm still using day one Xbox one, the hardware is wearing down and is causing this issue, which I really hope isn't the case because I don't want to have to spend $400 on a new Xbox one s. The one thing I have not yet tried is
to factory reset my Xbox so that everything is erased in the hopes of getting rid of whatever is causing the issue, however, if the issue still occurs I will not be able to get any games as they cannot be installed.

I'm really hoping someone has a good troubleshoot for this or has encountered this issue before.

xbox one installation

previously i had no issues installing games from the xbox store . It takes a lot of time to download though , due to my slow internet . however , after the recent april update for the xbox one , i have an issue regarding the installation of one of the games
with gold titles : "ryse" . the game stops installation at regular time intervals and i have to resume the installation for the game to carry on and its taking forever .usually i put a game on installation before i go to bed and its done by morning . but in
this case the game automatically turns off installation and i dont have any connection issues also . its kinda annoying to resume the installation continiously .

 

Installation Issue

Yup I've been installing from the disk for over 3 god**** hours and its only at 18%, thats after doing a full install that wouldnt load the game up at all.

Are you possibly located in Australia? There is an ongoing issue that is being investigated at this time for downloads not completing on console.



If you are located in Australia hang in there and the proper teams will have that back up and running as soon as possible.



If you are not can you post back with your current NAT type, detailed console network stats(Settings>Network>Network Settings>Detailed Network Statistics), and a photo of the console's physical location.



Let's also have you try the

slow downloads guide to be sure everything is working properly.

 

Yes, I am located in Australia and I was aware that there was an issue as seen on the status page. However, after It has supposedly been fixed, I am still having the same issue.
