On 4th XBox 1 chat headset - just wondering if anyone else had issues

recently bought a pair of tritton pro+ headset and chat adapter, chat volume is really low after turning it up through the adapter and headset, just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue? also updated controller too.

Oh, ok. I was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else, and if it did, what they had to do to get the 1 month of Xbox Live Gold that they were charged for.

Just curious if anyone else had a problem with this registering? Did 4 times on Condor and heck even put it on reapers the 3rd and 4th time to be sure I didnt misunderstand and nothing...had full extracts all 4, oh well but just curious if happen to anyone

I thought I'd update this thread in an effort to assist others as new information has come to light.

The problem I thought had disappeared started again with party chat disconnecting after just a few moments whilst in wowsl. Possibly due to a new update and campaign In the game, who knows.

Wargaming supplied a link to a thread where someone else had resolved this issue by trying a different headset.

I don't quite understand how my official xbox chat headset can work on games such as battfield 1 and others, but not work on wowsl, but anyway I purchased a cheap chat headset from game ( game ware headset for £7.99) and would you believe it seems to have resolved the issue.

I'll report back if it reverts back to not working, but so far so good.

Was just wondering if this was being looked into or if anyone else may be having this issue? I had a bad experience with Xbox Support in December trying to get the situation resolved so I'm hoping it isn't as bad this time.
