On 18/12/2020 I payed for Minecraft but I didn' t receive any e-mail to download the game

Hello !

All my friends (included my neighbour) have the minecraft java edition. I decided to buy the game myself. But as my bankcard doesn't allow me to pay online, my neighbour proposed to buy it in my name. So on Friday 18th december, he logged in with my account
on his pc at his home (he couldn't enter my house: covid, no personal contact!) and he payed with his bankcard.

But for some reason I didn't receive any e-mail for confirmation,and so the download of the game on my pc didn't work. Since then, when I log in with my account on my pc, there is always the message "Buy now".

My neighbour checked his bankaccount online and he saw he was charged €23,99.

Could you please help me !!

You have to go to the download page here: https://minecraft.net/download from there download it and sign in when it asks you to.

Also i missed my World of Tanks Leg-Up Bundle pay 100 diamonds( Gems) for it and didn´t get the e-mail with the code! What´s going wrong?

It just shows me that it can be purchased. I don't know how that's possible. I have bought the game, checked to see if it was the right account, but I still don't see it in the "my games" section... Unfortunately all I have as a proof is a bank payment.
I didn´t gain any e-mail purchase confirmation or something like that.

The problem maybe is didn´t MS but your e-mail server....

I will tell a problem i have whif another game company

I have account in Big N and i never receive e-mail i look in F.A.Q.s and discover some e-mail companies block e-mails from certains local´s...

For fix that you have 2 simple solutions!!!

1. In the segurity code demand you have the option to put a cellphone!!!, chose the cellphone (if you don´t included that in your account information go to your account, personal information and include your phone!!!); they will send to your phone by mensage
in 5 or 6 minutes the code!!!(even if your phone is from "outside", like your account is US and your phone is Brazilian they will send the code!!!, but remeber to put correct, whif your country and state code!!!; your phone!!!)

2. Change your e-mail to another maybe your e-mail service blocking all e-mail´s from MS, put (or make another)e-mail account and try again, they send that really fast in 10 or 15 minutes you will received if not..., back to step one!
