[Omega] Captures on Series X now uploading extremely slowly. Before they'd take like 5-10...

I would like to have an answer to this as well. 1080p captures on the Series X appear to be capped at 1 minute now. Not only is this laughably low, to the point of uselessness, but this was never communicated to us. It looks like it was a stealth change that shipped with a console update about 3 months back. The PS5's capture settings are far and away superior to what we have on the Series X. Even the Xbox One allowed 2-min 1080p and 5-min 720p captures.

What's going on here?

I've been searching trying to find stats on Omega but haven't had any luck. From what other have been saying on other boards beating him is one thing, capturing is another. Judging from some of the streams I've been watching it looks like one will have to
do a whole lot of grinding to even come close to a 5 star result. People have said it takes 2-5 battles to capture this beast. I didn't order from Amazon so I'll wait until it is available on the marketplace.



I'm not so thrilled with the looks. My favorite Omega battle has always been FFVIII and FFX which had the best Omega Weapon looks IMO. I've never had the enjoyment in defeating Omega as much as in those 2 game. Yiazmat in FFXII follows. Thinking outside
the box, what if Omega supported all Paradigm roles or is the only boss/monster in the game that carries the Ultima spell which should have been brought back.

What you need to do is copy your captures to the captures folder on Windows 10, should be in your videos folder. Then launch the Xbox app, select captures, then select this pc, and your captures should be listed, select the capture you want to upload, and
give it a name, and choose the game it's for, and select upload. Once it is uploaded it will take a few hours to go on the xbox live feed.

I have a similar issue but my console is a series x and it read the disc and installed it ok but now it wont it takes about 10 to 20 tries before it reads it and i think its to do with the cross-gen

I tried power cycling, all of the dvr trouble shooting options 1, 2, and 3. I uninstalled upload studio completely to see if i could just get a clean capture.

There is nothing else, no gameplay, internet activity, etc, to interfere with this activity. I even captured play in a practice ranged against AI bots.

When I hold the home button to launch, I can view the capture. But when I go to my captures, it is not there. It still winds up in the Upload Queue in XBOX DVR(which is now showing up under my profile with Upload studio still uninstalled) - where a 3 minute
capture on high speed broadband takes extremely long to cycle through.
