    Older transaction history 2016ish


    My son signed up years ago for Epic games though the Xbox. He used an email address that has expired. So he contacted Epic games to update the email address. They can not verify his identity without purchase/download proof. The Microsoft transactions only
    go back two years and the Xbox terminal only goes back three months.

    Epic games needs a copy of the original sign up date email/transaction.

    Because he can no longer access the original email we are trying to find more transactions.

    Can you access all prior activity for his and my account made through the Xbox terminal?

    Hi Abraham,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have a question on order history. Unfortunately, since the old email is gone you wouldn't be able to find the correct order transactions. Order history goes back as far as 12 years on mine. If the history
    is only 2 years that could be how long that account has been active. There is no way of support to pull up any order history without the account.

    The Commerce page only goes back a year, any older transactions do not display.

    The Purchase History that you later linked is the only complete list of everything an account owns and has downloaded.

    commerce.microsoft.com/.../Transaction or you can visit your download history for 360 at
    live.xbox.com/.../history . If you need any further assistance please create a new thread so we can cater any further assistance toward you and avoid potentially confusing any issues

    Problem with purchase

    All successful transactions are added in our order history. It will be visible from there and will not be removed, even if the transaction was refunded it will still be visible.

    We just need to find the transaction history.
