    According to national statistics, the average age for a gamer is around 33-35 years old with 40% of gamers over 40. I'm one of them and gaming, especially on console, is my main hobby. I'm wondering how many people over 40 actually play console games and
    how many stream when they play? Also, would you spend more time watching streams on Mixer or Twitch if you could find more streamers in your age range ?

    Im 43 and still play weekend league on fifa shouting at the monitor 😂😂 wouldn’t change it either, still love gaming even now, have been considering streaming it on twitch but not sure on that one yet

    I turned 40 last week and always preferred to play with people my age group. The same goes for streamers. But it's a matter of personal taste.

    I don't get the draw to streaming, so it's doubtful I'd watch someone my age or not. I'm in the "prime" age range apparently too. I'd just rather play!
