    Older dashboard on display with no update being offered for the new one.


    Hey guys , I've recently unenrolled from the preview program as I'm changing my Xbox one today but I've noticed that upon installing the current update the dashboard has reverted to the old version (where you scroll right for mixer, store etc) I was under the impression that the newer dashboard had officially released. Is this not the case?

    The Fall 2012 update apparently requires HDCP for all functions, not just video.



    What specific make/model of display are you hooking the 360 up to via HDMI?

    This is true what you didnt understand is

    One only on new games it wont show and dashboard

    2 until older games are updated to recognize the new unecode names you will have the suffix ingame not the dashboard

    Current Silver -> Gold Dashboard Deals.

    The problem is that offers for Gold are not being displayed because they haven't updated the beta dash in the UK.

    It sounds like what you're talking about is the old dashboard vs. the new one. If the Xbox has been on Live and updated after November 2010 then it'll have the green strands opening. If it hasn't been updated since then, then it'll have the older dashboard.
    There is no way to switch between the 2.

    Xbox One Feature Request!

    It will be added back to the new dashboard in one of the later updates. The dashboard is slowly being built up with new features so we can test each feature fully for bugs.
