Older and slower

any other "leisure" gamer's out there that think it would be an awesome idea for certain online multiplayer games to have an age range option for those of us twice the age with half the reflexes? being 47, i quickly lost interest gaming online with children
that seem a bit too competitive.

Do you think that fps games are getting too fast paced?

I prefer slower paced like Halo, definitely. But games like CoD are not fast-paced compared to older FPS games like Quake 3 and Unreal Tournament.

Downloads are slow

maybe it was slow that day, sometimes xbox is slow, but that is pretty big

was the demo really new or old? if its brand new and people want it they clog the servers with download

if its old i think its slower as well as less resources are allocated to downloading that file

 

Hey Springer! I'm in your age range lol, and basically in the same boat, and my reflexes don't work as quick as they used to. As much as I would love to have "adult only" games, the manufacturer puts a rating on the games as a guide; however, some parents
will still buy those games for children to buy. I personally will let my 14 yo play M rated games however I monitor who he plays with and his online communication, both verbal and xbl messages. In fact, we sometimes play together. If you're looking to play
with grownups in our age group, you should check out "www.porkchopplatoon.com". Its an older gamer xbox community that has been around 8+years, we play alot of games like BO3, Destiny, Battlefield, Battlefront, The Division.

Well im not too young, but not too old (yet lol). I agree alot of kids (children) are very competitive. I myself am a mixture of competitive and laid back. If you would like to add me, my GT is to the the left
