You should see an option under the security proofs that say, "I don't have access to these". This option is underlined in red in the image underneath





You will want to click onto this option and follow the instructions for adding new security proofs on your account. It will then restrict your account for 30 days meaning you won't be able to access any sensitive information on the account such as bank/billing info and other sensitive info. During this period, it gives a chance for the account owner to say "This wasn't me" just in case someone is trying to gain access onto their account.

After this period, your new security proofs will be added to your account, and you will be able to access everything on the account again. Hey there Fire! I'm afraid if you are unable to recover your account through the website or by contacting phone support, then we won't be able to provide any different help here on the forums. We take account security very seriously, and if you cannot satisfactorily

so ur saying an account i had for over 6 years im kinda screwed with, i understand the security messures in all but they should have a physical thing u can send, like a photo copy of ur id, due to time i lost most of my info and i had to make a second account
to get on forums, this is clearly a problem and they need to do something about it, i mean im on my account right now on internet explorer on my 360 and my security question isnt what i thought it was... so not buying the next consle
